The 5th Indian Ecological Society International Conference (IESIC 2027) on “Agricultural Innovation, Food Security and Sustainable Development” is scheduled to be held from 22-25 November 2027. The conference will be organised jointly by the Indian Ecological Society and ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM) at NAARM, Rajindernagar,  Hyderabad, India.

• We are pleased to invite applications for the position of “Associate Editors” at the Indian Journal of Ecology.  Interested Life Members and non-Life Members should submit their biodata. 
• Associate Editors will be appointed from different disciplines of Life Sciences. 
• Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Protection, Economics, Extension Education, Applied Anthropology,  Sociology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology,  Plant Breeding & Genetics, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Animal Sciences, Fisheries, Soil Water Engineering, Farm Mechanisation. 
• Preference shall be given to the disciplines of biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology,  plant breeding & genetics,  botany, zoology,  microbiology, soil sciences, applied social sciences, including resource economics.
• We also welcome applications for our associate editor positions from people of all backgrounds, both in India and abroad. 
• The Biodata should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief at his email: editorinchief@indianjecol.org with the subject line “Application for Associate Editor”.
